Bavaro is in the Punta Cana region of the east coast and is better suited to people who feel no need to be close to the action. Mainly consisting of hotel complexes, a great deal of care and attention has been given to the surrounding tropical gardens and landscape. Nature has needed no assistance in the creation of the spectacular coastline however.
