Located on the west coast San Antonio Town is the liveliest resort on the island and buzzes with activity which is non-stop from June to September. The fun centres around the fountain area and West End where bars abound. There's a small beach on the edge of town and plenty more can be reached by water taxi or ferry. Out of season the resort is much less noisy and appeals to a broader range of people as a lively spot when other resorts are quiet.
If the narrow beach on the edge of town doesn't appeal, there are plenty more to chose from around the island. Try Calo des Moro, just 1km away, or hop on a ferry to one of the many others. Watersports are widely available in high season.
There is a fantastic selection of shops, with a particular emphasis on designer wear, sports goods and jewellery.
San Antonio - the club capital of the universe - big clubs, big name DJs and the best music. The west end is the place to be, with over 150 bars and clubs in one street!
