Calas De Mallorca

Situated on the island's southeast coast, Calas de Mallorca is a modern, well-equipped resort with fantastic views of the surrounding areas.

The resort of Calas de Mallorca is generally laid-back, and at just 45km from capital Palma, Calas de Mallorca offers an excellent base for visitors wishing to explore other parts of the island. You could hire a bike or a car to explore Calas de Mallorca's surrounding areas, take a glass-bottomed boat trip from Calas de Mallorca along the east coast, or make time for a visit to the famous Caves of Drach, just a few kilometres inland from Calas de Mallorca.

Calas de Mallorca has three small sandy coves, ideal for sunbathing and a cooling dip, with a selection of watersports available for the more active-minded. If you can tear yourself away from Calas de Mallorca's beach, visit the nearby resort and natural harbour of Porto Cristo, or drive the short distance from Calas de Mallorca to Felanitx for the weekly market.

Daytime and evening entertainment at Calas de Mallorca is mainly focused around the beach and hotels, although Calas de Mallorca does offer a small selection of shops, bars and restaurants. There are a few live music bars and even a couple of discos, but the nightlife in Calas de Mallorca is generally fairly low-key. Restaurants in Calas de Mallorca serve local dishes, while Calas de Mallorca's neighbour, Porto Cristo, offers several good restaurants overlooking the harbour.
